Camping rules

1. ARRIVALa. Check-in 
On arriving at the camping, Guests must park their vehicles in the check-in area and report immediately to Reception in order to check-in. Each Guest must produce a valid means of identification as required under current legislation. Guests should take the opportunity to read the internal regulations. Management reserves the right not to admit Guests who do not exhibit proper means of identification or who do not comply with the regulations of the camping. 
b. Opening hours of reception and cashier's office 
Reception is open between 8.00 a.m. and 7.00 p.m. Guests may arrive between 8.00 a.m. and 7.00p.m. The Cashier's office is open from 8.00 a.m.  to 7.00 p.m.
c. Payment  
The booked period is to be paid in full even if the period is not utilised due to late arrival or early departure. The payment must be made on the day of arrival. If guests want to leave after 8.00 p.m. or before 8.00 a.m. they must report to reception. We accept credit card Visa, Mastercard and Maestro . We don’t accept cheques.                    
d. Allocation of pitches
Pitches will be available from 12 a.m. A maximum of one set of camping equipment may be installed in each camping area. A maximum of one car plus one tent, one car plus a caravan or one camper is permitted per camping area; a separate charge will be made for any further equipment.  The pitches will be opened in the order set down by Management based on the number of Guests present. Should guests wish to change their placement they must report to reception for authority.  
e. Pets  
We welcome pets. All dogs are allowed except those on the black list (see appendix *). Guests bringing pets to the camping must inform Management upon arrival. All pets must comply with health regulations; written proof of such must be shown. Where necessary, pets may be examined by vets during the stay. 
 
2. DURING THE HOLIDAY 
a. Visitors 
Any visitors must report to Reception and leave a means of identification with staff before they are permitted to enter; visitors may not bring vehicles into the camping. Visitors may stay at the campsite for a maximum of half an hour, after which they will be charged for the daily camping rate. Pets are not permitted. Visiting times: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. 
b. Driving regulations 
Motor vehicles must not be driven inside the camping between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m., including those driven by Guests entering and leaving the site. Motor vehicles must be driven at walking pace inside the camping. Guests must only use their vehicles when strictly necessary. Cyclists are advised to ride slowly for their own safety and the safety of others. 
c. Silence hours 
Between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Guests must on no account disturb other Guests by using radios, televisions, stereos and musical instruments or by gathering in groups.  To prevent disturbance, guests must keep the volume of radios, TVs, stereos and musical instruments at a minimum at all times.  
Tents and caravans with verandas must not be pitched set up or taken down between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.  Any guests not adhering to the above may be asked to leave the campsite.  
d. Pets (see point 1e.) 
Pets are admitted to the camping areas provided they are kept on a leash and comply with health and hygiene regulations and with current legal requirements. Dogs must be kept on a leash when taken outside for walks; owners must clean up if necessary. Animals must not be taken into the playground, swimming pool area and all public areas (bar, restaurant, etc.). 
e. Care of children 
Management will not supervise the activities of Guests who are staying at the camping. Supervision of children is the sole responsibility of parents (who will assume sole responsibility towards third parties) or guardians; Management and the owners of the camping site are released from all responsibility in this matter. Parents and guardians must ensure that children do not cause damage or place themselves at risk in the camping and in the play area. Guests must observe the special regulations for the swimming pool area. Ball games must not be played between tents, or on roads. Older teenagers are permitted only if accompanied by parents or responsible adults and must observe the rules of the campsite. Any damage caused must be paid for by those responsible.  
f. Rubbish collection 
Here we try to do our bit for the environment and ask our guests to segregate their rubbish as follows: white for paper, yellow for plastic, blue for glass, brown for household waste . 
REMEMBER that a good rubbish segregation will make collection easier 
Items not included in the above must be taken to the local rubbish dump. 
g. Hygiene 
The camping provides a full cleaning service but relies on Guests to keep the camping in the best possible condition. Guests must observe regulations on the use of sinks and wash-basins. Toilet facilities must also be used correctly. Any damage resulting from the improper use of such will be the responsibility of the Guest. Please note that chemical toilets must be emptied into the special drains. Guests must keep camping areas clean and tidy and leave them in the condition in which they found them. 
h. Insurance and internal security 
The management declines any liability for theft, accidents, damage to persons and things, damage caused by storms, hail, falling trees and branches, illnesses, including plant illnesses, epidemic, arson, force majeure etc. Use of sporting equipment and play areas is at the risk of the guests.  
i. Valuables safekeeping. 
We suggest that you do not leave valuables in your, tent or caravan etc.
l. Property damage and theft 
Management will not be held responsible for Guests' property which is damaged, stolen or lost. Persons damaging or removing the property of the camping must pay for the damage and replace missing objects where possible. Guests who find property which other Customers have lost or left behind must return it to Management.  
m. Faulty equipment 
Please inform the reception of any faulty or defective equipment found at the campsite. 
n. Fires and barbecues 
Fires must not be lit on the ground. Barbecues may be used providing they are put out after use.  
o. Swimming pool rules 
guests are asked to respect the rules of the swimming pool. 


3. DEPARTUREa. Camping areas 
Guest must leave before 12 a.m.; those failing to do so will be charged for a whole day, that is, the daily rate for the camping area and all persons, regardless of their arrival time. 
The booked period is to be paid in full even if the period is not utilised due to late arrival or early departure. 


In the interest of all Guests, Management reserves the right to exclude all persons who are found to be in serious breach of these regulations or whose behaviour disturbs other guests at the camping
